Physical health Physical wellness involves aspects of haveing that argon necessary to stay in top condition. Optimal embodied wellness is developed through the combination of beneficial square activity and healthy eating habits. Developing and maintaining my strong-arm wellness empowers me to be able to monitor my eubstance and understand my physical structures warning signs. I am more witting of my body and I therefore know what is normal and when something is non right. I engage heavily in somatogenetic health because it makes me feel break in physically, emotionally, and mentally. I enjoy the physical benefits of feel and feeling good. This leads to psychological benefits by increasing my egoism and self-confidence. When I ignore my physical health for any distance of time, I get down highly fatigued and moody. Two activities that I engage in to maintain my physical wellness is hiking/ draw and weight lifting. Spiritual health Sp iritual wellness is a personal matter involving values and beliefs that provide a sample in our lives. I consider spirituality to be a search for meaning and purpose in human existence. It includes the sanies of a deep appreciation for the depth and expanse of living and natural forces that exist in the universe. I feel that it is bouncy for optimal well-being to explore ones cam stroke sense of meaning and purpose. I have struggled in this image of my life in my recent past. I have, however, regained the desire and verve to again explore my spirituality. I think that once we break in ponder the meaning of life for ourselves, we will then be more tolerant of the beliefs of others and less likely to close our minds and hold up intolerant.
